This week I learned a lot about Job Dissatisfaction.
Many jobs throughout the USA are making their employees unhappy because
of the normal monotonous and mundane tasks that they have them due on a
daily basis. Even in assembly lines it helps to switch up the rotations
to give people a break from the same rigors over and over again.
Through job dissatisfaction people live a less fulfilling life therefore
having less of an incentive to give 100% in the workplace. If
companies would switch up the daily tasks it would change the employee morale at home and on the job.

Should jobs keep the
workplace seeming fresh and new for their employees by having rotations
for jobs so that there is a feeling of less monotony?
